If this is your only email account it should automatically be set as the default, but if you have multiple accounts select the mail.tincans.net account then click the Set as Default button.

Doing this will send all new emails you send from new user@tincans.net account. That way when you email someone and they hit the Reply button it will send the reply email to your tincans.net account.
