Below is a step by step walkthrough on how to set up Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express to send and receive email when you are not connected to our network. First open Outlook or Outlook Express, and go to the Tools menu, then select Accounts.
Once you select Accounts a Window will open up with several tabs on it. Select the Mail tab. Then select your mail.tincans.net account and click the Properties button. If you are a business customer and we are hosting your email for you, you need to select the account mail.yourdomain.com or whatever your extension happens to be.
